Cleanliness – Characteristic / Virtue of the Week
Be the best version of yourself you can be.
Ways of practicising Cleanliness:
- Be aware of what you put into your body – is it nourishing your body or potentially doing damage?
- Reflect on your thoughts – are they ‘clean’ and kind thoughts or negative ones? Look for the positive in everything.
- Pick something in your physical environment that you want to clean up – declutter and organise, even if it’s just a drawer – you’ll feel great!
How to use this card:
Being mindful of a virtue each day will change your world and ours.
- Read this card each morning.
- At the end of each day take five minutes to reflect on your actions in regard to this virtue.
- Acknowledge yourself for how you displayed this virtue, or if you had the opportunity to practice the virtue and didn’t, then ask yourself what you would do differently next time – use it as a learning.
- You will find that over time you become much more in control of your feelings & emotions and grow emotionally, intellectually & spiritually stronger day by day.
