Ideas for practicising Fortitude:
- Recognise your strength of character – and continue to build on it each and every day of your life so you have the ability to handle whatever comes your way
- What is your purpose in this life? Reflect on what you do, and what you can do, to make the world a better place for all of us
- Do you have the confidence to say ‘no’ to others when required and ‘yes’ to yourself? Be true to yourself so you can serve others.
How to use this card:
Being mindful of a virtue each day will change your world and ours.
- Read this card each morning.
- At the end of each day take five minutes to reflect on your actions in regard to this virtue.
- Acknowledge yourself for how you displayed this virtue, or if you had the opportunity to practice the virtue and didn’t, then ask yourself what you would do differently next time – use it as a learning.
- You will find that over time you become much more in control of your feelings & emotions and grow emotionally, intellectually & spiritually stronger day by day.
