Sacrifice – Characteristic / Virtue of the Week

Sacrifice – Characteristic / Virtue of the Week

23-29 October 2017

Sacrifice – Characteristic / Virtue of the Week

Be the best version of yourself you can be – you are an inspiration to someone.

Ways of practicing Sacrifice:

  • Think of a long term goal that you want to achieve and if there is anything of smaller value that you need to give up in order to achieve it
  • Do something for yourself, or someone else that gives joy – what do you need to give in order to give joy?
  • Consider all your goals and what you need to sacrifice in order to achieve them – go for it

How to use this card:

Being mindful of a virtue each day will change your world and ours.

  • Read this card each morning.
  • At the end of each day take five minutes to reflect on your actions in regard to this virtue.
  • Acknowledge yourself for how you displayed this virtue, or if you had the opportunity to practice the virtue and didn’t, then ask yourself what you would do differently next time – use it as a learning.
  • You will find that over time you become much more in control of your feelings & emotions and grow emotionally, intellectually & spiritually stronger day by day.
