How to practice Trust:

• Having faith that something better is out there for you when something doesn’t go your way.
• Believing that whatever is happening to you has a purpose – are you on the right track or do you need to adjust? Is this a life lesson?
• Feeling positive – you have a different energy which is more attractive to people and will attract more positive things in life.

How to use this card:

Being mindful of a virtue each day will change your world and ours.

• Read this card each morning.
• At the end of each day take five minutes to reflect on your actions in regard to this virtue.
• Acknowledge yourself for how you displayed this virtue, or if you had the opportunity to practice the virtue and didn’t, then ask yourself what you would do differently next time – use it as a learning.
• You will find that over time you become much more in control of your feelings & emotions and grow emotionally, intellectually & spiritually stronger day by day.
