Determination

Determination is the focus of the week.

It’s hard being a parent but there are things you can do to make it easier such as teaching your child values. You will reap the rewards.
Having a clear focus on teaching your child values means you need to be determined to take many small steps in that direction as, like everything worth having, it doesn’t happen overnight.
I’m determined to make the world a better place for your child, for all children, and I do this by making it easy for you by sharing one characteristic a week.
I’d love for you to not only see that in your child, but most importantly to tell your child when, and how, you see it in them. I cannot express how important this is.
Like every small habit, it has a massive impact in the long term.
I’d also like you to recognise these character qualities in yourself and acknowledge them in yourself too. You are your child’s role model and if you show your child that you are prepared to practice character qualities, and of course, some are harder than others, then your child will too.
How determined are you as a parent to help your child grow up valuing kindness, respect, justice and so much more?
