Actions to take to practice Flexibility:
- Every morning:
1. Read the card
2. If you feel the need take a few minutes to reflect on what it means to you right now - Every evening:
1. Take a few minutes to reflect on how you applied this virtue in your life today
2. If you didn’t practice it, learn from your experiences by considering what you would do differently next time. If you did practice it then acknowledge yourself for doing so as it increases your self awareness and self confidence.
