Friendliness – Characteristic / Virtue of the Week

Friendliness – Characteristic / Virtue of the Week

5-11 March 2018

Friendliness – Characteristic / Virtue of the Week

Want to be a better person? Personal growth is a constant – allow the Virtue of the Week to serve as a gentle reminder of who you want to be.

Actions to take to practice Friendliness:

  • Every morning:
    1. Read the card
    2. If you feel the need take a few minutes to reflect on what it means to you right now
    3. Trust that at the right time during the day this virtue will come to mind and you will know when to act on it
  • Every evening:
    1. Take a few minutes to reflect on how you applied this virtue in your life today
    2. If you didn’t practice it, learn from your experiences by considering what you would do differently next time. If you did practice it then acknowledge yourself for doing so as it increases your self awareness and self confidence.
    3. Acknowledge yourself when you do apply this virtue in your life. You will become more self aware and more confident within yourself.
