Gratitude

Who have you expressed gratitude towards this week?

I’m grateful for my friends and I had a great conversation with a friend on the phone this week – we spoke for 2 hours which we’ve never done before!

I love how she and her husband take care of each other – they always seem to put each other before themselves.

Another friend put out a facebook post that she has the best husband in the world – she didn’t say why, she was ‘just saying’. I thought of a mutual friend who would say the same thing and commented on that.

I love having these people in my life who frequently express the gratitude they feel for each other.

It’s reminds me of a something I once heard ‘the best thing a father can do for his children is love their mother’. I suspect it works in reverse also.
