Hospitability

This week we’re focussing on teaching kids about hospitality.
It’s more much than lollies and cakes…it’s about caring for others.

However, some people do show it by offering gifts of food.

Hospitality is felt. It’s making people feel welcome and comfortable in your home and/or your presence.

Find out which people they are comfortable, and not comfortable, around. Most importantly, find out the reason.

It’s all these interesting little conversations that help you get to know your child on a deeper level.

Also to help them grow in confidence by suggesting they always say please and thank you.

Additionally, to look people in the eye when they speak to them and are spoken to.
