Idealism – Virtue of the Week

Idealism – Virtue of the Week

28 November – 4 December 2016

Idealism – Characteristic / Virtue of the Week

Be the change you wish to see in the world – make a difference.

How to practice Idealism:

  • What difference do you want to make in your life – or in your world? How are you helping that change come about? Are you persevering with it at all times?
  • Be mindful of what you say and do to help others become the best version of themselves. Serve them accordingly.
  • Make a difference in your own life – are you happy and living on purpose? Take time out to reflect on words and actions. Get back on track if needed.

How to use this card:

Being mindful of a virtue each day will change your world and ours.

  • Read this card each morning.
  • At the end of each day take five minutes to reflect on your actions in regard to this virtue.
  • Acknowledge yourself for how you displayed this virtue, or if you had the opportunity to practice the virtue and didn’t, then ask yourself what you would do differently next time – use it as a learning.
  • You will find that over time you become much more in control of your feelings & emotions and grow emotionally, intellectually & spiritually stronger day by day.
