Sincerity is heartfelt

Sincerity is felt

Sincerity is heartfelt. Every day you deal with people in one form or another. Personally, and professionally. Regardless of what role they are playing in your life, your heart feels when sincerity is present because your heart feels the intent.

Genuinely caring

When people genuinely care, it comes across. Although a person may be task-driven, as opposed to people-driven, they can still be genuine in their caring, but they show it differently. Task-driven people attend to processes quickly for the next step to happen. The little things count because little things add up.

Sincerity builds trust

Sincerity can be felt even though someone is in your life for a short period. When someone is sincere, you like them. When you like someone, you trust them. When you trust someone, you are more open with them. You are vulnerable because you have expectations of your relationship, whether it be an intimate relationship, a friendship or a working relationship.

Pure intentions

Genuineness is the core of sincerity and pure intentions. Consequently, your mindset will determine your future actions, including lack of activities, and this is when sincerity is perceived. You are not responsible for how others see your actions or lack of actions. However, you are responsible for taking action or being inactive concerning situations in your life.

The balance of sincerity

You know how you feel and whether or not your words and actions are coming from a place of sincerity. You know when you are thoughtful and considerate, or whether you are more concerned about your role in the situation. All you need to do is be self-aware and know where you are coming from, and – be kind, be kind, be kind.
