Wonder – Characteristic / Virtue of the Week
Be the change you wish to see in the world – make a difference.
How to practice Wonder:
- Notice nature – take time out to sit in it & feel it.
- Think about a challenge you’ve had in life and the positives that have come out of it.
- Pay attention to ‘signs’ and what your mind and body is telling you. Trust yourself.
How to use this card:
Being mindful of a virtue each day will change your world and ours.
- Read this card each morning.
- At the end of each day take five minutes to reflect on your behaviour in regard to this virtue.
- Acknowledge yourself for how you displayed this virtue, or if you had the opportunity to practice the virtue and didn’t, then ask yourself what you would do differently next time – use it as a learning.
- You will find that over time you become much more in control of your feelings & emotions and grow emotionally, intellectually & spiritually stronger day by day.
